The project was divided into (9) residential areas, other than the administrative and commercial housing area, and service buildings such as schools in their various stages, the mosque, an event hall, an automated bakery, banks, insurance companies, restaurants, etc. The units have either an independent garage, a shared garage, or a suitable parking space.

This project is located in the Eleventh District of Nasr City, and is built on an area of ​​​​76 thousand square meters and includes 41 buildings that include 936 medium-level residential units, in addition to shops and service buildings.
