The project is located on Orouba Road, in front of the end of the Military College wall, and is bordered to the south by the Heliopolis/Helwan Highway. It is built on an area of 104 acres. The project includes 5,188 residential units.
The project was divided into (9) residential areas, other than the administrative and commercial housing area, and service buildings such as schools in their various stages, the mosque, an event hall, an automated bakery, banks, insurance companies, restaurants, etc.
The units have either an independent garage, a shared garage, or a suitable parking space.
